Brooke Artesi was one of four finalists in the Orthotic and Prosthetic Group of America Woman of the Year contest.

“Women play such a vital role in our profession, and we want to recognize that by honoring someone who has improved the O&P community through leadership, patient care, best practices, advocacy, or any other aspect of leadership. We all know someone who deserves to be recognized, and OPGA is proud to lead the charge on this exciting opportunity.”  – Todd Eagen, President of OPGA (Orthotic Prosthetic Group of America)

April – Sean McGeough, the Engineering Instructor at Warren County Technical High School came to Sunshine P&O with his class to tour at the facility. The class consists of several teams of three students competing in SkillsUSA’s Career Pathway Showcase competition on April 9th. They are to present a technology, product and/or process that benefits their school, industry or community with a focus on either Architecture and Construction; Manufacturing or Science, Technology and Math (STEM). They have to create a display and present this technology, product and/or process to judges on day of their competition. They will be judged on their understanding of technology, product and/or process; its application; benefit to their community; their display and their presentation techniques. We were so honored they chose Sunshine P&O!
